Friday-
Did not run on Thursday, but I did pilates for stretching.
Had to sub again today, so I am tired. But I ran 4 miles in 40 minutes tonight. It was much cooler outside tonight. Only 95 degrees with a breeze. That helps.
Felt good considering I was tired, but the new shoes are doing great. No knee pain.
Tomorrow I will run on the treadmill and do weights. Sunday will be my long run day: 5.5 miles.
