Wednesday-
Had to substitute teach today. Kindergarten. That says it all.
Couldn't run in the morning, so I ran 3 miles on the treadmill at 5.8 pace. Hopefully, will run 4 miles tomorrow morning if it isn't too hot.......
Decided I need new shoes already. Bought these ones in June and they are already lose in the ankles. Probably why I have had knee pain recently. So, I will buy a new pair and that should help with the knee pain.
